From VUMC - Key Transgender Health Concerns

There are a number of risks associated with transitioning and being transgender. These encompass a wipe array or areas from social, psychical, and emotional. I cover the risks associated with hormone use for both estrogen and testosterone, as well as the social aspects in my post entitled Setting Realistic & Obtainable Goals. I try to offer as much advise as I can for my readers in a bunch of areas but feel I should consolidate a few ideas hear that may be over looked.

What are some other areas that transgender and non-binary people may need to know about? I recently came across a great post on the Vanderbilt University Medical Center website entitled
Key Transgender Health Concerns that covers some major issues including access to healthcare, mental health issues, and more. It is definitely worth checking out.
